Indira and her team were fantastic for us when we had a basement flood. They arrived quickly and got to work right away, doing a phenomenal job with the water removal and mitigation process while reassuring us of expectations along the way. They communicated effectively with our insurance company and made the operation run smoothly. Due to how great they were with the water removal and mitigation, we had them do the remodel as well and they were great to work with and did an excellent job. I HIGHLY recommend working with them.
I HIGHLY recommend United Water Restoration Group of Reisterstown! This company is highly responsive and quickly resolves any water issues you are having. Indira, the owner, came to my house with her crew within 30 minutes of my phone call. Her crew removed all of the standing water and then the used fans and a humidifier to restore the area to the way it originally looked. This company has fair and honest pricing! I HIGHLY recommend them!
This company was prompt, polite, professional and extremely efficient. They worked hard even on a holiday (Labor Day). I would highly recommend them to anyone who has had the misfortune of a flood in their home. The restoration was also quick and efficient. The end product was better than I could have ever imagined. They worked well with my insurance and made my disaster into something that I didn’t have to worry about.
They did a great job detecting what water damage I had from an overflow of toilets. They worked with my insurance company, and I also had them install some extra flooring at the same time. I am very impressed with the results, everything looks very fancy. They were very friendly and also replaced my damaged vanity. Their prices are Also, very fair. they also helped me move the heavy items to help me save time as well as I did not do a move out. However; two reasons why I can’t give five stars: 1. When my sink was replaced with a new Vanity, The open and close mechanism that was reused got broken, and it was not told to me that it got broken as I had to find out myself. Instead of being honest with me, one of the owners originally said that the new device was incompatible with a new sink. Then later told me that it That’s the way it was before they installed it which was not true as I installed this mechanism myself originally. Later, when I asked The owner again, he admitted that it got broken. The style of sink that I have uses a push To click drain to open and close the drain. They told me that I have to purchase the part myself and would be willing to install it, but who knows how much I would be charged for this, therefore I’m going to be purchasing and installing it myself. This is very sleazy to lie about something like this and try to hide it from me 2. After the sink was replaced, there is now a slow leak on the main water line and only way to temporarily fix it is to shut the water off for the whole home. Mentioned this to the same owner and he told me that there was no leak. This is not only inconvenient that I have to fix this myself when I’m not the one that took the sink apart and I am leaving town for a while. Even though they did an excellent job, replacing the floors and the drywall, I don’t know that I can recommend them after this above experience to other people. Beware.
When we found mold in the bedroom that was to be our sons, in the new house we just bought, we knew we wanted a professional to take care of it. The team from United Water Restoration Group of Reisterstown came out so fast to do an evaluation, and started the work the next day. When the work began, a team member came out multiple times to show me photos as they progressed through the work, to explain what they were uncovering, and finally they uncovered the root of the problem, an air gap that has been there for who knows how many years, leaking in moisture air and other elements. Upon completing the job, they pulled up all their protective plastic walls and flooring, and even agreed to leave some protective flooring and the door zippered covering, as I continue to complete some of the renovations in that room. They were also very personable, sharing little snippets of their life, as I shared some of mine as well. This is a very friendly team, they did a really good job. Not to mention how quickly they turned around this work to help us make our home move-in ready. Indira and Emilson were the two people leading this project, and I spoke with them a lot, and even bothered in Indira via text message multiple times after hours and she always got back to me promptly. Emilson advised us on how to seal the gap from the inside and outside, and we feel confident moving forward with the remaining repairs.
