We used the serviceMaster for fire-damage clean-up and storage. I am very impressed with thier service because they cleaned up and brought back our goods well packaged and in a good state.

The water line to our icemaker developed an ice dam which forced the water line out of the freezer compartment of our refrigerator. We had water on the floor which went into our finished basement. ServiceMaster came out quickly and they identified the problem. Their technicians carried moisture sensors to tell them exactly where the water had hit the ceiling, the wall, the carpet and the baseboards. The ServiceMaster crew came quickly, were extremely efficient and polite, and they resolved the problem effectively. The technicians helped me with all the paperwork for the insurance company and then got to work. They took off the wet baseboards, pulled up the wet carpet and cut out a square of wet drywall in the ceiling. They brought in six large blowers and two dehumidifiers that they aimed at all of our wet areas. Three days later the technicians were back to remove all their equipment. My place was bone dry. There was no sign of mold or mildew anywhere. I plan to use ServiceMaster for the next piece of this restoration to patch the drywall, repaint, clean and re-install the carpet and put on new baseboards. ServiceMaster is quick, efficient, polite and extremely competent at water restoration work. I highly recommend them.

ServiceMaster came in and did a carpet and hardwood floor cleaning. My floor looked like a completely different room, just like I brought new carpet. The wood floors look good also, they explained the whole process to me, and the drying time was not as bad as I have had before. I have already scheduled an appointment for next year after the New Year!

They did a really good job handling the removal of water from our basement. The crew removed also all wet damaged items from the basement. They patiently worked with me in identifying what needed to be discarded. Their crew cleaned areas, cut out damaged paneling and worked to avoid any mold growth. The place was sanitized, damaged items removed; and the basement aired out with blowers. I liked that the supervisor patiently explained everything step and did work in line with Covid-19 precautions (masks, distancing and communicating via phone). They dealt with insurance company and provided all pictures and information so that the claim was paid.

Service Master is one of the best restoration company that I have encounter with so far and I have confronted a few ... There employees are not only courteous and professional. You will given first class patience and all questions will answer . They will make you feel comfortable with there quality of work at a affordable price.
