Over President's Day weekend, a devastating wind storm brought down several large trees on our property, leaving us in a state of shock. We were incredibly fortunate to find Noel and the Core Team, a local disaster mitigation and remediation contractor whose service and expertise are truly unrivaled. I've worked with numerous contractors over the years, and they are, without a doubt, the best in class. From the moment I called, I knew we were in good hands. Noel arrived to inspect the damage that very morning, despite it being a federal holiday. The next day, his team was on site and completed the entire job in just two days. Their efficiency was astounding. They immediately arranged for asbestos and lead testing, which was completed on the same day. They secured our home with plywood, moisture barriers, and tarps within a single day, and the debris was cleared the following day. I am still in awe of how quickly they moved to help us. Noel and Jim were incredibly knowledgeable, excellent communicators, and a pleasure to work with. They were incredible thorough and detail oriented throughout the entire process. Their seasoned professionalism was evident in everything they did. They proactively took steps to make the process easier for our insurance company and the structural engineer, which significantly reduced our stress. They met with our adjusters and engineers on site, providing them with detailed explanations of the damages and the work they had completed. This level of dedication and support is simply unmatched. We had a great experience with Core Team, Noel and his well trained crew did a phenomenal job with the remediation of a water leak in the basement. They were by far the most professional company I have ever worked with. They respect people’s home and property, they cover the flooring with thick plastic and contain the area like a chamber and leave air purifiers after they clean up. They have been the role model for me to show other contractors how work is done in people’s home. Additionally, Noel was extremely communicative about the steps and the follow up. His team is very professional and courteous. We highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the work done by the Core team. I had mold in an attic space that houses my ac unit. And I needed additional insulation to keep the ac running efficiently. I had thought I needed two different companies to handle the work. I reached out to a few mold remediation companies- one set up an appointment with me and never showed up (or responded to email). An insulation company showed up for an estimate but then ghosted me. And then I found Core and saw that they could address both issues. Jim got back to me very quickly- showed up on time for the estimate and gave me options for the work. The work was easily scheduled. While he estimated two days of work, his team stayed a bit longer on day one (with my permission) and was able to complete the work in one day. Mold is gone and the insulation work was thorough. I highly recommend them!

Noel and his team are fantastic. We recently had an issue with a leaking pipe that created water damage and Core Team was able to streamline the project by quickly remediating the damage and close the dry wall. In addition, while he was here, Noel and his team found another leak which they were able to address and as result, avoid a problem in the future. Through the process, Noel was extremely communicative, took the time to explain the issue and options of next steps, and fair and balanced in his approach. His team was also very professional.
