He was responsive via text and able to schedule a team to come out the next day, which is exactly what you want to hear when you encounter water + mold damage in your home. He also helped answer questions related to reimbursement from a 3rd party (i.e., builder or insurance), which relieved some uncertainty and anxiety. His experienced crew lead also asked me at the start of the job if I would need to work with insurance, then took extra photos in case we needed them for reimbursement documentation. While on-site, his team was professional, communicative, and got an extensive job done in just 1 day. I appreciated that they set up a containment, showed me pictures as the work unfolded, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. They sent someone to pick up the industrial fans + de-humidifier on day 4 or 5. The final invoice clearly laid out all items and their costs.
