Robert, Connor, and the Nest Exteriors team recently replaced the roof, gutters, and skylight in our 1810 Colonial home. The crew was thorough and detailed when removing the old layers of roofing material and installing the new wood decking and roof membrane. The enclosed images showcase the team's skills. Their price was reasonable and the results speak for themselves.

The team at Nest are exceptional! We started the process with getting an estimate for repairs to our roof. After their expertise, it was determined that we needed a new roof. We called several other companies, none of them measured up! The estimate we received was very thorough. Conner answered all of our questions and explained everything. Leading up to the day of installation, the communication was fantastic. We knew what to expect and there were no surprises. Octaviano and his team arrived promptly on the day of installation. They were all mindful of our yard and safely. I'm happy we went through Nest for our new roof. I highly recommend them!

The Nest roofing team were highly professional both in evaluating the roof work to be done (replacing a skylight and some overall roof maintenance) and executing the work. The owner Robert Gay is professional and trustworthy. The team showed up when scheduled to arrive and Connor, the project manager assigned to oversee the work, was great. I wanted to share my experience with Nest Exteriors. After having my roof and gutters replaced by them, I can honestly share that they saved me anxiety, stress, and time in getting a new roof. Rob's (the owner) communication was clear, never "sales-ey", he walked me through shingle levels, types of underlayments and what I should expect throughout the process from start to finish - and it matched exactly how the project went. He was extremely knowledgeable, upfront and honest throughout the sales cycle. Their crew was clean and efficient. They left the site spotless each day. Throughout the project, Conner (who also was amazing) consistently kept me updated with text updates with actual progress photos, something I’ve never experienced when I had another house roof replaced in a prior life. This was by far the smoothest and most professional roofing experience I’ve had. One other item, as someone known to be extremely particular, I was impressed how they went far above and beyond... correcting imperfections, handling problem errors we didn't initially expect, perfecting edges and corners, and handling all those little details most would overlook. They made it so that I literally was unable to find a problem after they were done - which is very rare for me. That's the reason why I'm writing this review.
