WOW Total Cleaning & Restoration

Have been using WOW now for 7 years!! Just had my carpets and hardwood floors done and they look great, just in time for the holidays!! Carlos Lee did an amazing job even went above and beyond with my hardwood floors. Painters left a mess & stains on my floors and Carlos was able to scrub and get them out without damaging the wood!! VERY GRATEFUL!!

This company has serviced our home a couple of times and we’ve always been beyond satisfied with the service. Carlos Lee and Daniel came today to clean our dryer vents and did an excellent job. The customer service from these guys was what we were looking for. They showed us everything as it was being done and were very respectful of our home. Not to mention, our dryer vent was left spotless! Highly recommend! Eduardo also came to do an inspection of a separate issue we had and also was fantastic! We love WOW; will def use again. -Luisa

I have been a customer for many years, and throughout those years they have always done a great job on our carpets! Anytime I’ve needed an unexpected carpet cleaning, they always managed to fit me in. Their employees are always very respectful and work hard to get it done! Carlos Lee has been the longest and most consistent one that has come to clean our carpets. He is the best! I always know when he comes out, it will be a job well done!

Our experience with WOW was great. Sales rep Jonathan could not have been better. He answer any questions and offer a fair price for the work. tech Carlos was excellent. He was very attentive to needs and addressed any concerns we may have. He also was very respectful to us and our home. He made myself and wife comfortable in with the thought we made the best choice in choosing WOW Cleaning to clean our dryer duct vent. We will definitely call them our again. We recently had a water heater leak that was in the garage attic, that we didn't even know was there. After the plumber fixed the issue, Bay Property Management had WOW come out to assess the damage. WOW sent out their crew quickly to cut out the damaged drywall, treat the wood that was affected by the leak as well as set up a powerful fan in the attic space to dry everything out. Once the area was dried, they sent out a crew to replace the drywall, insulation, tape, mud and texture the replaced area. The texture looks spot on! You can't even tell where the new texture meets the old texture, he is THAT good! Then the paint guy came. When we moved in, the room was originally pink, but was painted over. We only know it was pink because of the pink that wasn't covered up by the ceiling. Well, their paint guy went WAY above and beyond. He paint over the pink, ALL AROUND THE ROOM!!! He moved things away from the walls and made sure every inch was taken care of. His care around the trim was also on point. Every crew WOW sent out did outstanding work! They were all respectful of us as well as the property. They were kind and professional. When they make your bed after removing all the plastic, that speaks volumes! When the project managers kerp in contact with you, even replying on the weekends, you know you're working wuth a company that truly appreciates their customers. When they check up on how you're doing during the work, you know you are working with the right company. WOW Total Cleaning & Restoration is an amazing company that employs only the best! I highly recommend them for any of your cleaning and construction restoration needs. They also do general handyman projects to building houses. So if you're looking for a company that can really do it all, WOW IS THAT COMPANY!!! I can't say enough good stuff about them.
