Justin did a fantastic job from the beginning. He is extremely personable and honest. I really appreciate the peace of mind they provided to make sure they got everything right for our family. Jose and Marcus were excellent to work with! They were always prompt, respectful, and truly showed they cared. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for assistance to make sure it gets done right.

Had a water emergency, and these guys were amazing. Great communication and documentation the whole way through. Courteous, always cleaned up afterward, made sure I understood things and patiently answered all my questions throughout. I learned a good bit from them all, too. Jose and Marcus were the main crew that helped me, and I am super thankful for them and the rest of the team (Justin and Jason). I also got tips and leads for other work I want done. Cannot express enough how professional Jose, Stephen, and Justin have been while working on my water damage/mold. I actually had 2 “back to back” projects. Justin came out immediately when I discovered both problems. His crew were so careful in my house, covering floors and carpets so that nothing would get further damaged while they did their work. Justin went above and beyond any expectations that I had. They were always clean, quiet, and on time. They explained to me everything that they were doing. I have had previous remediation done by large companies, but this was the first time that I have used Restoration Specialists of VA and they made this remediation actually almost enjoyable, if that word can be used in conjunction with water damage and mold. Lol. I strongly recommend anyone who needs these type of services should call them. Justin provided the most detailed report which made it easy to work with my insurance company. Look no further for the most professional company for your project!

I cannot say enough positive things about Restoration Services. From the initial contact with the owner, Justin to the onsite techs, Jose and Stephan, their communication and attention to detail was impeccable. They were fast, efficient and truly made a terrible situation tolerable. We will be using them for all future restoration needs. It’s was so nice working with a family owned business vs. a large corporation.
