White Glove Restoration

Our kitchen sink overflowed and water went everywhere, it was honestly overwhelming. White Glove Restoration came out fast, and Jose and Tom immediately put us at ease. They were kind, patient, and took the time to explain what was happening and what needed to be done. You can tell they truly care, not just about the work but about the people dealing with the mess. Thanks to them, a really stressful situation felt manageable. I’m genuinely grateful and would 100% recommend them.

We had a flood yesterday from the rain and White Glove Restoration came within minutes. They were a huge help during a very stressful time. Jose and Ben were friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. They knew exactly what to do and made everything feel under control. I’m very thankful for their fast response and great service.

I cannot thank these guys enough for everything they’ve done to help me through a stressful situation. My washer decided to break and leak everywhere on the floor below it, and Kenneth was there within a few hours (Sunday night of a holiday weekend, no less!) to set up fans and begin the drying/mitigation process. Roy was fantastic at communicating what to expect through this whole process, was prompt in responding to texts and emails, and even worked with with my home insurance policy to file a claim. Kenneth came back a few times to monitor progress as well as cut out the affected drywall, and Jerome also very efficiently removed all the affected tile. Roy recommended a contractor to begin the restoration. Before this project was finished though, we had another surprise leak - this time from the rain! Without hesitation I reached out to Roy to help with the new problem, and he had someone here same day to begin the mitigation and drying process. Joel was efficient and thorough in cutting the affected areas and even came up with some pretty convincing theories as to how the leak occurred. This second issue only just happened but I am fully confident that white glove will see it all the way through to the end.

We had a water leak, and when White Glove Restoration checked the crawl space, they found also mold and took care of it right away. Very professional and easy to work with, I highly recommend them for mold removal and water damage restoration.
