Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Jacksonville-St. Augustine

I manage vacation rentals here in JAX and just had a guest write on and stain our patio couch. I called Voda asap and got an estimate same day from a few pictures a sent and they got it cleaned like new super quick. I will be utilizing them for all my stain needs. Your cleaners were very professional and did an excellent job. I attached before and after pictures.

Ivan showed up on time and he couldn't assure me the pet stains on a rental property will come out, so I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay for the cleaning service versus new carpet. We'll he went the extra mile and did two free samples on the stains to see how deep the stain came out and it did, at that moment I was sold for the service, I added deep soil cleaning and pet stain spot area cleaning to the steam carpet cleaning. Ivan also checked with a UV light. He also did a free sample on tile floor and I loved the result, considering getting tile steam deep clean, the grout was reddish not dark brown lol. Good communication, text messages updates, phone calls, email receipt and appointment times, reminder. So far so good, 100% recommended. Carpet came out looking like new!!! Thank you!!!

Had a horrible pet smell from the previous owners who had a litter box in the closet. Worked with Josh and John from the Voda team. They were able to treat the areas, remove the drywall and seal it off, and get rid of the horrible smell. Very happy with the results and would recommend them!
