Sebastian was the most professional, polite, accommodating, effective and empathetic technician imaginable. He communicated constantly to me, always informing me of his arrival times and updated the status of each room’s restoration daily. He did his best to manage my expectations without compromising the results of his efforts. Sebastian provided real hope and comfort in the midst of a potential disaster!

Unlimited Restrictions came to our rescue when we had not one but two water leaks in our home which involved having to replace almost all of our flooring and all of our cabinets. They were quick, friendly and got a lot of work done in a timely matter. I recommend them for any repair or restoration work that needs to be done. Thank you Unlimited Restorations

Reading these reviews after my insurance company’s contractor service assigned Unlimited Restoration to be our contractor for restoration of our home and rental house after severe flooding from Hurricane Ian made me feel confident we had made a good choice. Unfortunately our experience was far different from the reviews I read. We did not interact with any of the people mentioned in the reviews. The drywall/texture crew that was sent to our houses was inexperienced and not supervised. The quality of work was terrible. They did not protect our floors and got texture droppings and drywall dust all over the floors, appliances, switches and outlets. They left a mountain of trash and construction debris, including food waste, piled in our carport for weeks. The outlets and switches were not cut properly and almost all outlets and most switches are crooked. The crew drywalled over several electrical outlets and moved some altogether. They even drywalled underneath the AC air handler and cut off the intake, which caused the central AC unit to overheat and stop working. Unlimited Restoration did not pull the required permits, putting us in violation of city and FEMA codes. Communication was terrible and we were never notified when workers would be here or when there wouldn’t be anyone here for weeks. We notified them that we were terminating the contract so we could hire a contractor that would pull the required permits and finish the job. We asked for an invoice for the work performed. Three months after notifying them we were sent a copy of the original estimate and billed for work not completed and materials not used. We were also billed $15,000.00 in contract termination fees which were not stipulated in the contract we signed, only costs incurred to date of termination. They were not able to give me an accurate record of the work that was done so we had to tell the General Manager what work was completed and what materials were used in order to try to get an accurate invoice. During this discussion we were threatened with involvement of the legal department at least three times. We still feel the final totals were too high for the quality of work done and the amount of money we had to spend to fix the most obvious problems but we settled so we could move on. We have been out of our house for ten months. Unlimited Restoration took a bad situation and made it much more stressful by not doing what they promised. We really hope that no other homeowner has the same awful experience but we felt it was important to share ours.

Professional, hardworking crew and quality work. The repairs were completed well and our floors look like they did before the damage. We’re pleased with the results.

The URI team did a fantastic job with our construction which consisted of rehabbing several rooms and a bathroom which had been damaged due to a water leak. They did a quality job, were always available for a phone call or text message, and I would recommend their services without hesitation.
