These guys do phenomenal work! Some of my original 1940’s oak floors were damaged by a burst pipe. Unlimited restoration has done such an amazing job and they were able to keep a lot of my original floors. Their customer service and communication is absolutely top notch!! I truly appreciate all the help from David, Igor and Kogan! I hope I never need more restoration work but if I do they will be the first company I call. You won’t be disappointed!! I’m 💯 happy with their phenomenal work!

These guys are great! They always arrive early and explain in great detail what’s going on. Davario was especially helpful with some mold removal. I would definitely recommend.

My suggestion is that you do not use this company. They do not deliver on what they say. The sub contractors do not show up and they do not prepare your home appropriately when they are doing demolition. Drywall dust and concrete dust everywhere. Mistakes have been made that need to be repaired by someone else. 8/2/2025. This company continues to dissapoint, making appointments and then having thier subs call off the job. Then they try to make it look like it's your fault. They tell me what days they will be at my house without checking with my schedule. I run a company and I need to schedule these days off. I have done my best to work them, Brian has been the best one to work with so far, but all I can say is the job is not moving forward at the moment.
