After a thorough inspection and estimate, Edwin arrived at our home. He was professional, knowledgeable and most important, kind. He answered all our questions, explained the process, and most important, looked beyond what was seen to make sure all areas were addressed. When done, I walked into our home and was shocked by how clean the house was after all of this work. I recommend United water restoration group to anyone!

I was very pleased with the work I received from United Water. Great communication, timely, and thorough. I appreciate what Damian and Luis helped me the first few days with testing, mapping, placing all the equipment and answering my questions. Chris Kurdi closed out the job with monitoring the equipment daily, floor removal, and equipment removal. Chris was very nice, brought some donuts to share and even took a damaged chair for me. We had a great experience with United Water Restoration Group. They answered the phone right away and were out to our house immediately to assess the damage and come up with a plan. They are working with our insurance on our homeowner insurance claim as well. Very friendly people and were right on time and arrived when they said they would. Communication was great as well.
