United Water Restoration Group of San Antonio

United Water Restoration Group of San Antonio has been a great company to work with. They were very responsive to our water leak needs, sent in a crew right after the plumbers left, took great care to remove soaked boards, drywall, and insulation. They then brought in drying equipment, followed up by the rebuild team. We are very pleased with their work and their attention to our home.

United Water restoration is a great company. Their staff are very experienced and professional. Dan the project manager, came out the same day I called and carefully explained everything that needed to be done to resolve my water damage after a water leak. I believe that they did a good job drying out my downstairs bathroom and floor with what resources they had available at the time. It took 2 weeks to dry the walls and floor using large fans and a humidifier. They told me that it would have taken less time and been more effective if they would have had a floor mat drying system available to dry my hardwood floor. However, unfortunately they had none available at the time, as they were in use at other sites. I felt that United Water Restoration was very consistent in their monitoring of the progress and they were able to successfully dry out the water damaged area of my home. I am thankful for their quick response time and their expertise.

We noticed water on our bathroom floor and called United Water Restoration of San Antonio. Xavier Urias arrived quickly, and immediately began assessing the affected areas. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment and provided a reasonable estimate. He came prepared to begin work and within an hour set up dehumidifiers and fans. We already had another company provide an estimate, and we were impressed by Xavier’s thoroughness when he discovered water beneath hardwood flooring that was overlooked by the previous assessment. Great job, Xavier!

This company started out great with the water clean up. No problems at first (except that 2 of our brooms disappeared from our garage after they worked in there. Probably an accident but still not happy about it.) And I'm not sure why it took so long to dry out our subfloor, but I do know that one of their dehumidifier machines wasn't working properly, so that took extra time. So then it was time for the build-back but I didn't hear from them so I had to repeatedly call, only to find out someone was out of town, then sick, and they ended up behind schedule several weeks. I ended up having to "fire" this company and get another one for the build-back.

There had to be 8-10 representatives on site over the course of the cleanup effort. I had a frozen pipe that burst and flooded my downstairs. After the pipe was repaired, Aramendia Plumbing recommended UWR for mitigation. Daniel called within an hour and withing 4 hours a team was mopping up the mess, tearing out drywall and placing 8 drying blowers throughout. In the days to come, floor removal and ultimately, two days of detailed cleaning with 6-8 workers. Way awesome.
