Extremely knowledgeable and handled the situation like a pro. United, you need to keep Steven on your team.He is an irreplaceable asset.... Working with your company was very smooth and painless. Very good job! Cameron, Andres, and Justen all did a great job! Very thorough and professional and good attention to detail. Bradley Tomlin worked with me as project manager and did a wonderful job of scheduling the needed contractors and guiding me through the process of restoration. The plumber, Ledi and the tile and drywall person, Kai did a stellar job. I could not be more pleased. Everything is just beautiful! Thanks to the whole team for making the work as easy as possible. I should have started this incident with United Water Restoration. Jessica helped me understand the process. Now I know this incident won't take forever. Jessica assured me my floors should be dry in two days and we can begin replacement of the damaged items.

First of all, Logan is our water remediation guy here in Jacksonville. We own a real estate company and we would only send our people to him. When we had our own small plumbing emergency, the plumber sent their own water, remediation people out on to us. They gave us an astronomical quote and filled us with dread and fear about our situation. I knew to reach out to Logan for a second opinion. He had a guy out right away. His name was Andres and he was amazing. He was honest about our situation without filling us with fear. He met us where we were at, and was able to handle our situation in a manner that worked for us. Honesty is so important when dealing with things behind walls that you can’t see. Logan and Andres saved the day for us!

Jess from United water restoration group has been great to work with, she it’s really knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend anybody that has had water issues/floods to use United water restoration group.
