Jason at United Water Restoration Group of Houston was extremely professional. He arrived within an hour of our plea for help. We had a leak that quickly covered almost our entire home. After the plumber stopped the leak, his team went to work immediately. It took a few days with dryers, etc., to get all the water and moisture out. We were out of town on a scheduled vacation. They stayed in touch with me and let me know every step as it was being taken. The clean up was immaculate. They handled everything with our insurance company and removed the stress from a terribly stressful situation. I would recommend United Water 100% every time! Thanks for a great job!

Overdue Update 10/7/25 It's with disappointment that I feel the need to finally update this review for UWRG Houston. I stand by my previous statements regarding Jason and Kris and I am grateful for their help, however, after the work was done I was left with a damaged valve in the bathroom exactly where the work was done. Both UWRG and the contractor they had connected me with who did the work said that the damage was not due to their work, however it was working fine before the work was done and no one was even in the house apart from them while the work was done. Ultimately I had to get a separate plumber to come out to fix it and he confirmed that the only way that could have been damaged was because someone that was working on that area had damaged it. I was left with a $400 bill to fix it but at that point UWRG had already gotten their money and my messages regarding this were left unanswered. It's a disappointing end to what was otherwise a great experience. The letter from the plumber stating that the only reasonable explanation for the damage was due to their work was never addressed and I've not heard back from them. It's $400 I didn't have and it's extremely frustrating to have had to pay for damage that was caused by the people that had done the work. I will happily update this review again if I ever do hear back from them, although at this point I'm not holding my breath. Proceed with caution. If you find yourself needing water remediation, take a deep breath and then call UWRG immediately. Jason and the team are the rare company that actually want what’s best for you and will take all that panic and uncertainty and help you sort it out the best way possible, making sure you’re on the same page every step of the way. I’ve had to call Jason twice in the last couple of years and while that’s never fun, I can honestly say that he’s an angel and has been absolutely amazing on both occasions. Most recently I walked downstairs on the day I was moving out of my place to list it for sale and stepped into an inch of water flooding my entire first floor—a total nightmare. I called Jason and he was there with his guy within the hour…on a Sunday no less. They got right to work and he talked me through every step of the process, including helping with the insurance (who was a different type of nightmare to deal with). Kris who is in the office (another angel) was amazing as well. We ended up having to fight the insurance company for over a month to release part of the funds but she stayed on top of them for me and we ultimately prevailed. They managed all the water mitigation and remediation as well as connecting me with an excellent contractor for the rebuild who I can also highly recommend. It’s so rare these days to find people like this who not only do an excellent job but also truly want what’s best for you. If this review sounds too good to be true, let me assure you that the work they did throughout the entire process was better than I’m able to put into words. I will be forever grateful to this amazing team and can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a bathroom leak in my home that traveled through the walls and down to the hardwood floors below. Jason and his team at United Water Restoration Company were incredible. They arrived within a day or two and did an outstanding job. Everyone on the team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely kind. Although my insurance company was slow to respond and initially denied a large portion of the claim, Kris remained patient and supportive throughout the entire process. Thanks to her understanding and persistence, I was eventually able to secure the final payment.

This company is amazing. Jason went over and above helping me in whatever I needed. In addition to the remediation, which I hired them for, he helped me with moving huge garbage bags full of molded clothing and household items as well as helped take out trash. He was so helpful and willing to do anything to help me. I recommend this company to the highest !! Plus the remediation passed the test first try !

United water restoration and tram were extremely helpful with my restoration needs and help to successfully navigate me through the process with our insurance company. Jason was extremely professional, and I would recommend their services to anyone.
