True North Restoration of Tampa

We recently discovered shoddy ductwork from an unknown contractor 4 1/2 years after buying our home in Clearwater Beach. It wasn’t suspended in most places, draped over trusses, lying on top of each other, causing extreme condensation which saturated the insulation, created mold, & partly filled some ducts with water. My HVAC company gave me the best recommendation ever with True North Restoration of Tampa, a family owned, local business. I’d already had 2 companies come out that scared and pressured me into signing a contract on the spot. Mike provided me with a plan and was in contact with me throughout the entire process, on site many times. True North has experienced and professional employees. We were extremely pleased with Luis and Evans, who showed up on time, were very accommodating working into the Thanksgiving holiday, explained each step of the mold remediation process, took photographs to show me, and worked efficiently to get the job completed in a tight schedule. It was an involved and unpleasant project, but made so much better working with Mike and True North. Last but hardly least, they are honest and very fair! Highly recommend!!

When we learned our children’s childhood nanny had flooded during hurricane Milton, we knew helping her restore her home was going to be a mountainous task. Not having flood insurance was going to require the expertise and generosity of others. True North Restoration Tampa Bay, along with a team that came down from the Omaha, NE location, played a pivotal role in making restoration a reality. They showed up on the scene after a group of volunteers had done all they could do. They offered to step in to adequately address the water and mold remediation needs. They are a true stand up company that has went above and beyond our expectations. We also had Mike from True North Tampa Bay advise and assist with work on some issues at our personal home and we’re very pleased with his knowledge and the work done, including the affordability. Can't recommend them enough!

We had the best experience with true north restoration of Tampa Bay. The moment we found mold in our house the panic set in. The owners of this company are phenomenal. They did not send a representative over to evaluate our home- They came themselves. From the original introduction, to the quote, to the entire mold remediation process, and the follow up after- we could not be more pleased with how it was handled. They were thorough and have extensive knowledge of the industry. The workers that came over to do the mold remediation were so kind and paid close attention to detail. I highly recommend this company to anybody going through mold issues!
