My house caught fire in August of this year and it seemed like restoration companies were coming out of the wood works trying to get my business. Then my brother told me about a friend of his named Orlando so I decided to meet with him and his team. Marco and Orlando seemed very caring ad they didn't pressure me like the other companies did. One company even made a joke about lightning striking my home.. I decided to hire True North and they definitely did the job right. I would definitely hire them again but I pray I never have to.

After our water heater (attic) failed we experienced extensive garage and laundry room water damage. Owner Orlando followed the plumbers got his crew immediately on the situation drying and protecting our home. They also cleanly removed the damaged drywall and insulation, lined up a repair team and took care of all the insurance paperwork and contacts. I highly recommend. Bob

Big thank you to Orlando and team. They provided fans and dehumidifier to help dry out our floors after a flood. Due to our circumstances, we were not able to use them for our total redo. However, they offered total care for us while we had to wait for another contractor. I highly recommend them.

Although I didn’t end up going with True North for my restoration, Orlando and Marco were very kind, communicative, flexible and quick to respond. They gave a detailed estimate and offered any help they could along the way while I made my decision. I really appreciate all their help and patience.
