Michelle provided service until I paid the 100% of thousands for the bathroom which the walking showers was built with no angle and she never provided guarantee. She even did not took the time to came and review her contractors job. I unfortunately paid to her during my deployment assignment believing I could trust her. I was wrong. She was responding at the beginning that she will send her contractors. It never happens, then she never response again and I finished with a shower that acumulate water. I do not recommend this contractor.

I am grateful to Michelle and her team for taking a two hour drive and getting work done faster than I have ever seen before. My company sometimes works with home flippers and I was called to clean a house that was in terrible shape. I noticed a lot of water damage and called them right up and with no hesitation Michelle and her team came out and also did a couple of extra things around the house such as made a whole new closet for the lady that hired me. Thank you thank you thank you guys!! I hope we team up again in the future, your work is amazing.

I needed a bathroom vanity replaced including the plumbing to update my home for sale. Michelle was very professional and did an excellent job. She was prompt and very reliable and went above and beyond by also framing out my mirror to give it an updated look. Fast and efficient! i highly recommend her and will definitely use her for all my future needs!

Michelle was an absolute delight to work with, she knew how stressed out I was about the leak in my master bedroom/closet and immediately came over, checked it out and got the work done ASAP. Michelle and her company, Restorations TLC of Tampa Bay, are a GODSEND. I am a Realtor and had a home that was listed for sale. Several of the agents pointed out there was what looked like mold in the master closet. The owner had been unaware of it, so he hired Michelle to come out and take a look to confirm if it was mold. Unfortunately it was, but fortunately Michelle was so amazing at helping us handle the situation. The seller called her on a Saturday morning, she came out by Saturday afternoon. She got us a quote ASAP and started the work Sunday morning. This is not a fly-by-night company - they are fully licensed to do mold remediation and she set up all the equipment properly and taped off the room so everything was secure. She was done with her work by end of day, next day their drywall guy came out, and then it was painted. From call to completion it only took 3 days, and they did such a good job retexturing and painting that the closet looks brand new! I have referred Michelle to several other clients, all who have been extremely happy with how prompt and professional she and her crew have been. They are great at mold and water damage remediation, but they are also licensed to do cosmetic repairs including major renovations. Even handyman projects like installing gutters can be accomplished quick and for a reasonable price by their team. She is my go to referral whenever a client needs anything done, because I know if Michelle and Restorations TLC of Tampa Bay can't get it done, they will refer to another great contractor who can help my clients out.
