Time Machine Contracting & Restoration

I had a water main leak on the outside of my home, which permeated the concrete block wall and soaked the interior dry wall, carpet and baseboards. Time Machine was out to my house in a matter of minutes when I called them to assess the situation. Their remediation crew was there shortly thereafter. They complete resolved the situation, setup state-of-the-art equipment, sealed off the room and came back every day until the room was dry. Really fantastic service.

Subcontracted Time Machine for a large commercial flood, they made it to the site within an hour of me calling. They exceeded expectations and were extremely professional. I would definitely recommend Time Machine for any fire, mold, or water damage job!

Warring this company does bad practice. For example after the day they gave me the final payment they said Hey we made a mistake you owe us 22,000.00 dollars. Then they put a lien on my house. No negotiating no saying how they came up with this amount just a lien. Just like the work they did lazy bookkeeping, lazy workmanship. I have all my pitches and all my documents. They also want to collect money from things that they didn't do. For example they charge for removing the floor. Which I paid someone else to do. How many things to mention that I'll just stay don't do business with them.

I can't thank Tim and his team enough for the incredible service they provided after my fire. The insurance process was difficult and frustrating, but Tim and his team were there to back me up every step of the way, ensuring that everything was handled smoothly. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process, and he made sure everything was taken care of with the utmost efficiency.
