Alex was amazing! We had an appliance flood right at thanksgiving. I called him and he was at our house so quick and had everything drying out within hours. This was my first time doing an insurance claim and Alex basically held my hand through everything. He was great at explaining all the details and steps that needed to be taken. We even had a main pipe blockage a few weeks later and he was super responsive again and had the issue completely fixed within hours. Although there were some complications, everything was figured out and Alex handled it like a professional.

I called him at 8 p.m. on a Thursday night and he was at my home at 8:45 a.m. on Friday morning. He promply extracted the water and set up blowers and a humidifier. He left the equipment all weekend and then helped put all my furniture back in place when he picked up his equipment. He was friendly and professional. Very appreciated during a stressful situation. He also accepts debit cards. That is hard to find these days.

Boy did we get lucky when I found Alex! Arrived at work to a burst pipe flood. It was ankle deep in some areas. I did a Google search and Alex had great reviews. I called, he answered immediately and starting reassuring me that it would be ok. As soon as he got the authorization from our landlord, he was on site in 20 minutes. He removed over 1100 gallons of water that day. He spent the next ten days with us, even on the weekends, ensuring that everything was dry to prevent any future mold problems. This was probably one of the bigger challenges he's had and he handled it with calm professionalism. As soon as he was on site and exhibited his level of training and knowledge, I knew we would be okay. He was prompt, courteous, reliable and professional. Plus, I feel good that I am supporting a local small business person. I can genuinely say that not only found the right man for the job, but gained a friend in the process. When it was all done, it almost felt strange for him to not be there by our side. Highly recommend!
