We just had an excellent experience with The Water Damage Experts. Or plumber discovered a leak from the shower valve behind the wall causing water damage in the wall and under the bathroom vanity and floor. The plumbing company recommended The Water Damage Experts because they are responsible and don’t push for unnecessary remediation. Eric, from The Water Damage Experts showed up and assessed the situation. He was professional and very thorough. He took photos of damage behind the wall and under the house. He used a meter to gage water under the floor and in the wall. He explained everything as he did it, and is clearly very knowledgeable. He recommended a plan to dry out the damaged areas and treat some minor mold. This occurred during a five day period of time and when completed the issue was rectified. Eric was very responsive during that time. I sent him a text twice with a question and he got back to me immediately. He came by the house once to check the progress. Eric did an excellent job! What a life saver! These guys are responsive and professional in a time of need. The ceiling fell out under my bathroom on the second floor. Turns out the hot water pipe had been leaking for sometime. Matt showed up within 45 minutes ready to go. Really set my mind at ease. He was courteous, professional and efficient.
