We resealed our flat rooftop patios with the Restoration Company. Bill is very knowledgeable and his attention to detail cannot be matched. Excellent communication from start to finish. Takes the time to explain things clearly so you always know what he is doing and what the next step is. Always showed up when expected and was so clean and courteous. Very happy with the work and wish I could find tradesmen like Bill for all my other projects. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! If you have a leaky exterior stairway, BIll is your guy! Our entryway stairs and landing are exposed to the elements and water had been leaking into the garage with every rainstorm. We finally decided to get it sealed. Bill and Inita were easy to work with from start to finish. Great communication concerning scheduling and each step of the job. Bill provided a clear explanation of the work, cleaned out the old grout, sealed every area, and applied waterproofing and paint. All this was done just ahead of our recent two weeks of rain. We are happy to report that our garage is dry (as I listen to the rain coming down!) and the steps look great.
