Could not be more satisfied. Our handyman Dex did an outstanding, professional job that took my sketches on a piece of paper and made them look absolutely great. The craftsmanship was top notch as was the attention to detail in design, build and painting.
Great experience. I needed deteriorating concrete boards replaced under the master bedroom exterior windows. Brian was very responsive and explained the process thoroughly. The pricing structure was quite reasonable. The company made money and I saved it... as any transaction should be. The craftsman, William, was efficient and skilled and cleaned up the work area to my satisfaction. Tyler, the project lead, followed up promptly upon completion. HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
I needed a wall paneling job and Brian and Dexter did a superb job. Communication was great. Brian helped me to pick the right color and style of wood panels, he was very patient with me changing my mind on design. Everything was done promptly, and I was updated on every step. I would definitely do business with them again on my future home project. My living room looks beautiful.
Had them do a kitchen remodel. Remove and replace tile backsplash, countertop, sink, faucet, drywall patch, and baseboards. They came quickly and gave us an estimate, and were able to start almost immediately. Came every day and were very fast. Cleaned up beautifully after each day which is important if you're living in the house while the work is being done. Stivi really made it as painless as possible. Their work is excellent. Proper attention to detail, exact cuts, and perfect joints. This company is truly a professional operation at a very reasonable price. The only down side is that they could not refinish our cabinets, which they told us from the beginning. The craftsman did give us info on which paint to use, and we were able to do it ourselves with a great result...that's service!
Worst experience I could have imagined having. Not sure where to even begin. Had multiple tasks needed to complete in my new home. I could have sworn I was hiring professionals but the first guy arrived to my house with his child (apparently the job sites double as day cares/after school programs?) while there, my plug in diffuser got knocked over so oil spilled all over the floor & was left for me to find & clean up, along w damage to my brand new floor & one of the new blinds installed was bent. They sent a different guy out to complete the job who had to come multiple times because shelves were not level & one was damaged (which they are telling me they will not address bc it would require purchasing more materials). Amethyst the "manager" called & was less than receptive to my complaints & tried gaslighting me as if the problems were all in my head because the super honest & professional employee told her they were level so without seeing it herself it must be true! To resolve this terrible experience, the knick in my floor, the plug in I had to trash (which was a gift btw), & the damaged shelf & blind they intend to take $400 off of my quote. It is completely understandable that mistakes happen - but own it & fix it! I have requested multiple times now to get in touch with the VP about this experience & have not received any correspondence. Had I known this is how they address their quality control & how they treat their customers I would have gladly taken my business elsewhere. **UPDATE** Funny how the day after I post this review I finally get a call from the VP! He decided that the bent blind & damaged shelf were in fact not acceptable and sent Victor out to help a couple days later. He did a great job & even found that the other shelves in the same closet weren't even level (comical at this point but not surprising at all) so he fixed those as well. Victor & Brian are about the only things redeeming this company because it sure wasn't the manager Amethyst & how she speaks to customers! Also important to note that the VP was not made aware that the first "handyman" brought his child to my home. Funny how those big details are left out. All in all I would still have much rather went back in time & hired a different company as it is going to cost far more than $400 just to replace the flooring that was damaged.
