Truly impressive service from booking (Brian) through installation (Adam & Zack). Our home is so much warmer and we love it. Total replacement of our existing 1990s furnace/central air to hybrid heat pump/gas high efficiency system in just a few hours. These folks are pros! We’re impressed; we’ll be back for plumbing and electrical services. Recommend 💯 There is a tiny screw missing on the top left corner of the furnace shield (as pictured), but we expect this to be easily remedied on their next visit. Thank you TMark. As a small-time property owner, you are always looking for someone competent that can do the things you are not able to, at a price you can afford. For me that is furnaces. I recently had a boiler go down on me on one of my properties and decided to give t-mark a try. They sent David out that same day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered the many questions I always have. He got my boiler running again and at an extremely fair price. A few days later a had a furnace go out at a different property on a weekend no less. They sent Brian out. Same experience, very friendly, Knowledgeable and informative. He went above and beyond what I could of expected. With the type of service I received you can’t go wrong with T-mark. They have definitely earned my business going forward. And I can’t recommend them enough.
