My Management Company recommended Superior Restoration. They have been amazing. I totally recommend Giving them a call asked for Alex Cardenas project managers Superior Restoration he has been so professional took pictures. Met me at the property walk me through each step-by-step. Had me choose what flooring that I wanted and gave me the good recommendations on what what would be best For my budget, he will pick up the flooring and cut corners to make it work for you. I give him five stars good job Alex you’re amazing.

I recently had Superior Restoration work on water mitigation/clean up after an extensive leak at my home in (impacting upstairs AND downstairs, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a kitchen). This review is for the mitigation team. I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly professional, fast, and reassuring during a stressful and chaotic situation. Supervisor Jaime and the techs — Nick, Joel, and Jahbari — were fantastic. They communicated clearly every step of the way, always let me know when they would be arriving, and explained what they were doing and why. They were punctual, respectful of my home, and extremely thorough in their work. I really appreciated how consistently they checked in, monitored the equipment, and made sure everything was properly documented for insurance. And they were also just kind, friendly, and wonderful people--always a joy to be around. Their efficiency and professionalism made my chaos seem less overwhelming. I felt taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend Superior Restoration and this team in particular. Really outstanding service all around. :)

The company did a great job from start to finish. Dave Strant was very personable and professional. Rick Reyes was a valuable liaison with the insurance company. Roberto, Hernan and Ricky did an awesome job with the construction work . The office staff were very helpful and always available. Jahbari and the pack in team were very efficient. Eric came to haul away trash and provided great service.

This review is for the first team that has finished up the drying process. After the flood was noticed Superior came out super quick to put in the preliminary dehumidifiers and fans. The overall team has been very prompt and great to work with. Julio in particular did a great job communicating what he is finding as he is going through drywall, detaching cabinets and built ins. He really help understand the drying process and what to expect next with that process and then the next steps to the rebuild process. Thank you Julio for your hard work and communication
