⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding service! George from went above and beyond to make our carpets look brand new again. He was professional, on time, and incredibly thorough — you can tell he really takes pride in his work. He explained the process clearly, used top-notch equipment, and the results speak for themselves — fresh, clean carpets with zero residue or odor. It’s rare to find someone this dependable and detail-oriented in home services. I’ll definitely be recommending George to friends and family and will be using him again for future cleanings. Thanks again, George, for making our home feel brand new!
Carlos came and cleaned my carpet after my daughter played in makeup in her room. I was so stressed worrying that this wouldn’t come out of the carpet and to say I am 100% impressed is an understatement. I am extremely satisfied with Carlos work.
Steam Master Cleaning did a great job. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned. Jose was great to work with and I’d absolutely request him again if I booked another service.
Bobby is a straight bully, I would like for the owner of the company to call me back to listen to the recordings of how he speaks to not just me, but other clients steam master cleaning has messed over. I asked them for their insurance information since he believes $500 will have me take down my review since I am"costing them money" it doesn't work like this. If they would like to replace my furniture that they refused to come out and re clean, I will gladly update the review stating so, but until that happens, absolutely not. Update: Bobby is back from lunch, I've spoken to him 3 times- maybe 4, he refuses to provide me with the owners contact information, I asked who his boss was and he said "Steam Master Cleaning Services" I said no, who is your actual human boss, what is his name? He repeated himself and advised me that's who the company is listed under with the government & he refuses to provide the owners name. The company has not and will not compensate for the loss of the furniture, as Bobby says now, they've would've come out and re cleaned it if they knew how bad the smell was... well, I've called several times since getting the recliners initially cleaned and they refused to come out. Bobby nor the owners have reached out to me until this review went up and Bobby wants me to take my review down, but they don't want to make right by the situation. If they were so caring about their customers and future clientele they would fix their wrong, instead of fighting me on why didn't I call more? (How many times does a person have to call when something isn't right? ) the employee who came out to do the cleanings was very nice, but when I contacted him about the smell he said "the company only offers 2 times - total, that information was provided to him by the manager and they would not be coming back out unless I paid for their services again." So as of my conversation with Bobby on 09/18/2025, nothing has changed and he refuses to provide the owners information or advise them to contact me. He said I could send in an email, but he would be the one to call me back about it. Go figure. So as of now I have no living room seats, and I'm using a folding chair to sit on. Nothing like severe back/ spinal damage and nothing comfortable to even sit on. Absolutely horrid company with the most unprofessional employees, all the way around. We had 2 little spots of dog spew on our newish(about a year old) recliners, so we decided to have them professionally cleaned, we've always done this with our other sectionals, so why not. I called steam master to quote them, they were high for 3 recliners so I started calling around, that's when Bobby started calling.... I'll throw in the sanitizing treatment, deoderizing, full on clean and some other things, ok,he caught my attention... Alex came out-did the job, within a week the recliners started to smell like mildew/ just gross. We let them know, so they came out to re sanitize and clean the recliners again... the smell got even worse ! I called in several times, Bobby advised me they only offer a 2 time limit and after that, you are on your own. We tried baking soda, different powders to hopefully absorb whatever treatment was applied to the couch as it is very foul. No luck. I've called and asked to speak to Bobby but Bobby is always at lunch and he definitely does not, call you back. He's been on lunch for a few weeks now. We ended up having to put our new recliners on the curb! We couldn't even give them away bc the smell was atrocious! So we are out $3k in recliners plus a high number on the new couches we are having to get. All bc this company refuses to come out more than 2 times to fix their screw ups or even call you back for that matter! I'll post my recliners getting picked up by the city which really is heartbreaking as I'm now on ss and couches are not cheap AT ALL. I asked for the reps to compensate the loss of my furniture they ruined, they advised they do not cover losses... there is a reason you have business insurance. This would be one of them.
George and Ezekiel did a tile and grout cleaning on our two bathrooms, including one that was really pretty gross, and they did a great job. They were very thorough and didn’t leave until the job was done. (They also didn’t mind our pets, who can be a little annoying wanting attention from visitors).
