The team at LSSM is OUTSTANDING! Last year I was about 3 weeks into the hospital dying of COVID not improving and my wife comes home from church to the dishwasher she started a cycle on before church flooded the entire living room, dining room, and kitchen. Ruined our hardwood floors, destroyed the drywall and caused mildo and mold all throughout the cabinets a true nightmare. Thank GOD for allowing me to start improving just a few days after this catastrophe, and as I was coming more to conscience and thinking clearer from the brain fog, I thought immediately to contact Michael Smith at Lone Star State Mitigation who I’ve come to know as a good friend and see around the greater Rockwall County community serving as a volunteer and leader in the community as an ambassador and much more. He was a selfless gentleman and his business was and STILL IS booming as I understand it; I’m not surprised because he runs an incredibly tight ship and has a robust crew of trusted and licensed professionals to do the job right the first time! He was able to sick one of his best Taylor Jones on my insurance company who was giving us such dread and misery to take care of this situation. He walked us through this whole process, helped run point with my family and I to get exactly what we wanted to fix the problem and make our home safe and beautiful again! We were worried sick, stressing beyond belief without knowing what to do. Michael came to our rescue and he was the easiest to work with and was a blessing to my family and I, truly. I will forever be grateful for the work they did here and as is my family! THANK YOU Lone Star Mitigation! 🙏🏻🙌🏻👏🏻 They fully replaced our floors, built new cabinets for us, replaced our sink while we were at it and faucet, and the drywall around the kitchen, living room and dining room. Also put in beautiful backsplash and gorgeous quartz countertops. They were incredibly friend, patient, and relatable with us the entire time. Even after, he checks in on us to see how we’re doing; SALT OF THE EARTH people…. Michael as well as his right hand man Taylor, unlike many other contractors I’ve worked with for other clients of mine with demo, or contracting in general for their home; they just don’t have the patience, wherewithal, and professionalism that these gentlemen exuded! I would hire these guys again I’m a heart beat and I highly implore your to do the same! God bless a Michael and the fine folks at LSSM! You are live savers!

I was 39 weeks pregnant when we discovered our master shower had been leaking into our second bedroom. Michael and his crew from Lone Star came out within 24 hours and managed to identify and begin to fix the problem immediately. Sam was awesome -- very hard worker, respectable, friendly and knowledgeable. Jason, who managed the project, was also fantastic. Very thorough, honest, and kept on top of things. He was always readily available and eager to answer any questions and help. Danielle also was great with communicating! Would absolutely recommend!

Having a flood in your house brings so much uncertainty and what we should do next. Micheal with Lone star and his team put us at ease with their professionalism and knowledge.
