Can’t recommend Zach R & the Steam Master Cleaning company enough! We called and within 2 hours of that call, not only was the estimate visit complete but the entire service was done and my mom’s mattress was clean once again. Zach was friendly, efficient, and worked with our budget to find a solution that fit our needs. Highly recommend to all the pet owners out there! I am beyond satisfied with the service LJ provided me with. He was very personable and professional. The fact that he is a cat person was a plus, lol. He provided me with multiple options and gave me his honest opinion with what my couch needed and did not try to oversell unnecessary components. I will 100% return for my carpet to be cleaned next. Definitely recommend Steam Master. Manny did such a great job! My couch was in storage for two years with dog pee, dog hair, you name it, and he came in and did a great job on my couch to get it back to where it was before. I’m in love with my couch again.
