Ryan and Randy were very professional and polite. As far as we know, they did a good job today with the ducts and dryer vent. The vent cleaning however; was not fully completed. Brent told us during the estimate phase, that the vents would be removed and cleaned with simple green; however, they were not removed. This was fine with us regarding the small vents because they weren’t very dirty. Randy was able to wipe them clean without removing. BUT, the two return vents in the hall were very dirty and needed to be removed to be cleaned. I asked Ryan if they were going to clean them and he said when Randy started cleaning them, the paint started to come off. Ryan told him to stop. Ryan said that a greasy kind of dirt gets on those like grease in a kitchen and it’s very hard to get off. So I told him I guess we will take care of those then and he said we could probably wash them with the water hose. Tonight, Larry unscrewed them both and it took me less than 10 minutes to clean each one in the kitchen sink. Didn’t need the water hose. Just dawn liquid and a scrub brush. No paint came off at all. We took pictures of before and after I cleaned them. Time stamp of the pictures show that the dirtiest one took 8 minutes and the less dirty one took 7 minutes to clean. We will have to get our adult son over here to screw them back on though because Larry could not balance himself well on the ladder while holding the vent up to get the screws back into the holes. He’s 73 years old and had trouble with his balance while reaching above his head on a ladder. That was a little disappointing that the dirtiest vents were left uncleaned.

Mr Ladarion was an excellent service technician! Through both in the service rendered and providing information on care and upkeep to maintain the shine. Attached you can see an I work photo with a before and after of a low traffic area in our home where the lightness yet aesthetic matching of the area cleaned and sealed is worlds away better than it was before. Ladarion also was pleasant to speak with and tidy in his work wearing gloves when working with tools and getting on his hands and knees to scrub with a brush even at the darker stains. In addition he was respectful of the space when parking/bringing in his equipment including placing protectors on the door to keep flys out and prevent scuffing. Overall great price and will request his service again. 10/10

Gabriel and Yve arrived on time. They did a great job and were willing to do a couple of “add-ons” for me. Yve also provided info on the type of rug pads that are better for the rugs and floors underneath. They listened well, finished quickly, and were courteous and personable. Didn’t leave ANY mess either. Strongly recommend!

We are extremely pleased with the service received. Our kitchen floor looks like it was painted on! We needed our floor and grout cleaned and resealed. During the process, I also learned something new about grout sealants. Special thanks to my Technician Enrique and Thank you to Stanley Steemer!

Our service tech was amazing! Showed up on time and did great work! I was afraid he would be here late and he was right at the front end of the time frame. Very professional and did a magnificent job cleaning tile and carpet. Will use him again!
