Please note, I have edited this review since the initial writing. Originally this was a one star review. They tore up my garden with their truck and just drove off thinking I wouldn’t notice. The carpets were warped and lifted all at the edges when these guys left. As you can see in the photos, there’s tire tracks leading to the cactus they knocked over, and I will had to spend time flattening the carpet back down. Absolutely inexcusable. EDIT: since I made this review, the owner of this location personally called me and made every effort to make such amends as could be made including offering to have them come back to flatten out the carpets for me and fix the garden. In light of the sincere attempt to address my complaints and the quality of the cleaning I have revised this review to 3 stars, but I’m still mad about my cacti.

Omar and Kyle from Stanley Steemer showed up for what was a same day appointment and did an amazing and fantastic job on my living room and hallway carpets. They were efficient, professional and I truly appreciate the work that they provided. Kudos to them and Stanley Steemer for fitting me in and providing such great service. This company’s San Francisco team did a great job on the carpeting cleanup but they damaged our wall by pulling out the door holder that held the front door open all day while they were here. We called the next morning and the company promised to send someone over to look at the damage. Instead we got a phone call stating that the team was questioned about it, and they denied responsibility. No way! This is baloney! Don’t trust this company with your home. They won’t own up to their mistakes.

Stanley Steamer did an excellent job on 7 of my area rugs. The service team members Omar and Roberto were very professional, on time, communicated clearly and the results were outstanding. I will not hesitate to contact Stanley Steamer when needing these services again. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer.

We got our new carpet 2 years ago and with tons if foot traffic it looked horrible. Kids had dropped juice, there were dark spots from not removing shoes. I had enough. I went online last week and easily schedule a cleaning. After I got the confirmation text I realized I selected the wrong date. I text and quickly received a response and change to my schedule. Today when the technician arrived he was patient as I moved a few things. He explained everything then went to work. I wasn't expecting new looking carpet! The stains were gone and I couldn't be happier with the customer service to the final work. Thanks Marcelino and Stanley Steemer!
