Had my place in SF painted by Clay and his crew — they crushed it. Super chill dudes but also hella professional. The walls came out clean, smooth, and the colors hit perfect. SF House painting did an excellent work. Here are the before and after photos, not only did they paint great! But thanks to Clay that informed me by making a wise decision on sanding it till was to the bear-wood again. Before that the other painter that had painted were just adding caulk over caulking on the siding leaving it to some wood to rot. Overall they did what a painter should do before you begin painting sanding, replacing rotten wood were needed, applying wood bond, primer and 2 coats of paint.
