We were incredibly satisfied with ServPro’s services and particularly with Giovanni as the project manager. They were thorough, responsive, careful, respectful and easy to work with.

Giovanni and Carlos successfully cleaned, deodorised and steam cleaned our white sofa that had urine and water stains all over the back cushions and top of the sofa. We thought the sofa was a total loss, but now the sofa is a main part of our home.

I have received horrible customer service. First person that arrived to go over what needed to be done was good but stopped responding to my calls. First appointment made (9am) the tech never shows up. I call an hour after scheduled time (10am) and spoke with the office mgr (at least she claims to be a mgr). She had no idea why and asked to call me back. I get a call back an hour later (11am). She explained another truck is in route. I explained I could not wait any longer. Some one was supposed to be hear at 9am to set up and it will only take an hour. I changed my work schedule to accommodate your availability. I have kids and its not easy to change things around. I will be home in the afternoon so we scheduled another appointment for 4pm. The entire time she was not friendly at all or sympathetic. 5pm comes and I have to call them to find out what's going on. Office mgr says that I should take into consideration that they are coming from Yonkers and they have commercial plates. So they are not able to jump on any highway to get to me sooner. I tried to speak but kept getting cut off because she does not value her customers. Once I was able to get a word in I explained its not fair for me to keep calling you guys to get updates on appointments we made when your guys don't show up. You should be letting me know your running late. To add to that why do I have to take into consideration that you have commercial plates and come from Yonkers. You made the appointment with me. You should know how long it takes to get to all your stops and should plan accordingly. Tech arrives around 5:20pm. I vent to him and apologize if it seems like I am taking it out on him. He understood and comes in the house with one machine. Installs it and leaves. No setting up to do the remediation. I ask and he said how he was told to only bring this machine and that's it. When the crew finally came another day to do the remediation they were polite and ready to work. Sadly they were not told the scope of the job and did not come fully prepared. I have a lot more to this story but I am sure no one is really going to read it all. The rest just becomes a little scary. Needless to say I will never use this location every again and the office mgr is in need of training of how to speak to her customers. Just horrible I would love for the Branch Mgr to give me a call. That is if they care about the service they provide.

When the boiler overflowed in my basement I called Servpro of Yonkers and they were accommodating when they picked up the phone. I talked to Joe and he gave me an appointment right away. They sent a technician to my house very quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable and he and his team had the job done in no time. If you had a flood in your house and are looking for help, I would use SERVPRO of Yonkers. They helped me out a lot.

Servpro is a very professional remediation company committed to making sure their customers are satisfied. Guadalupe is amazing, she helped me to work out a suitable remediation for someone who is homebound. She is so cheerful and efficient, it was such a pleasure working with her.
