I’m sharing my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Rey and his team, Julio and Mariana, during the recent mold remediation at my home. After discovering mold in my son's bathroom, I contacted ServPro & Rey promptly visited to assess the damage. He also brought to my attention another damaged area on the opposite wall that I had not noticed. Rey thoroughly explained the remediation process, including potential worst-case scenario and the work involved. He also clarified that his team would conduct a full evaluation upon their arrival.
