George and Juan worked hard from the moment they got on the site and I was pleased with their work. Their attitude, their work ethic, they worked all the way through. Till the end of the project highly recommend, if I need any work done I will call them immediately. I would suggest if you have any work that's needed that you call them. I woke up to water all over my great room and kitchen. After cleaning up most of the water, I called Scott from Servpro who immediately started the ball rolling. Crystal called shortly after and arrived to evaluate the damage. She clearly explained the process, work, and cost. Soon after Landon arrived to begin the drying. He started alone pulling baseboards, drilling holes in drywall, and pulling all the laminate floors. When the other crew was delayed at another job, Crystal showed up again and jumped in clearing the floors with Landon. In the days after, Chester showed up to evaluate the progress of drying. All the associates I have encountered have been polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks for your help during our crisis.

I called SERVPRO in Plant City hours before they opened and left a voicemail. Brandon called me back right away and showed up shortly thereafter. Brandon was easy to work with, professional, answered all of my questions. After explaining the plan of action and my agreement to the scope of work, a crew was already on their way with equipment. Everyone was professional and courteous. They came out daily to check the progress and kept my anxiety at bay. The job was completed sooner than anticipated and everything turned out great.
