This is the second time I’ve worked with Servpro on water remediation for my home, and both experiences have been outstanding. Most recently, after a plumbing failure under the kitchen sink caused significant water damage throughout my entire first floor, Marc responded with genuine compassion and quickly arranged for Jeremy to assist us—even coming out on a Saturday. Jeremy arrived within two hours of my call, which immediately put my mind at ease. From the moment Jeremy stepped in, I was impressed by his professionalism and extensive experience. He thoroughly explained every step of the process and set clear expectations for what lay ahead. Over the following six days, Jeremy and his team worked diligently to dry the flooring, walls, and insulation, taking every care to prevent any further water induced damages. They were meticulous and respectful, going above and beyond to carefully box up our personal belongings that might have been in the way. What truly set Jeremy apart was his vast knowledge and his willingness to answer all of my questions in detail. At no point during the process did I feel unsupported—Jeremy’s constant communication and attention to detail reassured me every step of the way. Being in such a difficult situation, having someone as dedicated and knowledgeable as Jeremy guiding us made all the difference. I highly recommend the Servpro team of San Jose—especially Marc and Jeremy—to anyone facing water damage or in need of expert remediation. Jeremy did a wonderful job on our water damage condo. He was very professional, communicative and thorough. When we asked Jeremy to go that extra mile for us, he complied without complaint and did so with a smile. If I were in the construction business I would most definitely steal Jeremy from Servpro.

I'm grateful for how AWESOME Jeremy and Sal were while working in my home. My main communication was with Jeremy, who was a lifesaver!! Jeremy was kind, professional and very knowledgeable about the whole process. I had a lot of questions. Jeremy not only answered what he could but made me feel heard. Jeremy updated me via phone call or text as much as he could which provided reassurance that my home was in good hands. When I made visits to my home, Jeremy and Sal they were very respectful of my home - cleaning up as they went, made sure the doors and windows were closed and locked before leaving and anytime a package was delivered, they promptly contacted me and brought it inside. We had a bad smell in our house, and ServePro turned out to be the right call in getting it investigated! Their tech, Jeremy N, brought professionalism, knowledge, and the curiosity needed to figure out what was happening under the house. He went the extra mile to examine water sources in other parts of the house. We were left confident in how the issue would be fixed, and I learned a lot. Thanks again for your help Jeremy!
