SERVPRO of Southwest Fort Worth

After being highly recommended by several people, I contacted Servpro for an estimate to restore my home. The sales rep Grant came out, Tuesday for our initial consultation. He stated that he would have a quote to my husband the next day, Wednesday. Wednesday passes with no quote. Grant stated he was working on it after my husband reached out. The entire day goes by with no email, phone call or anything. Thursday morning, I call, I was told by a young lady that Grant has been made aware of me calling and he will reach out. We heard nothing. I call again Friday. No estimate on file. The young lady states Grant had a “family emergency” last night. I requested a manager at which she told me Jose was not in yet. I informed her this is subpar professionalism and I expected much more after being referred to by so many people. I will no longer seek restoration services with you all, but this is terrible business practice.

Jose was awesome, and his crew was great too. He traveled all the way to Granbury to get our bottom floor cleaned up and all of our belongings stored away. I would specifically ask for Jose if this were to happen again!! All I can ask is that the air conditioning in his truck gets fixed so that he is not having to travel in this heat!! He is most certainly deserving of that.

ServPro is one top notch company. They obviously hire the best people. Jose, the general manager, put together a winning team from mitigation, packout, and rebuild. Under Jose's direction, the mitigation, packout, and rebuild progressed very smoothly. My wife and I were treated well throughout the entire process. Jose, the general manager, was awesome. He kept us up to date, answered our questions, and sought out ways to get a quality job done. I highly recommend ServPro. Ask for Jose and his team of professionals. You will not go wrong.
