My initial experience started off somewhat good as they did the water removal. But then, Slow to remove all which accounted for black mold development. It seems they subcontract all their labor. Picking out replacement flooring took way too long. I had to hound to even get them to finally get quotes. Overly priced and under delivered. The final cleaning took over 5 revisits to clean excess glue. When finally completed they still have not given me an itemized listing of what constitutes my final higher bill. Its as though they inflate the cost for insurance. I would never recommend this company. Rather than answer my questions they submitted final to a collection agency. Horrible company.

Great job! Jay and team at Servpro did fantastic work, answered all my questions and concerns over the past year. Were timely on correspondence and communication with the board President was good as well. The Gulf Harbors Condos as a whole are so far ahead of other complexes in the neighborhood in flood restoration from hurricane Helene. Job well done. I really do feel fortunate to have Servpro help me get back to “Normal” again.

The team at Servepro was excellent, especially Ramsey. He made sure all the repairs and construction went as planned and followed up on the little details. I appreciated his calm demeanor and professionalism. The whole team was great.

A huge thank you to Servpro for helping us restore not just our home, but our lives after the hurricane. Jeremy's team, Eric, Jay and Rose's professionalism and hard work brought peace and hope back into a very stressful time.

I am so grateful and appreciative for Jay the manager at Serve Pro in west pasco county. I had called/emailed serve pro several times to have someone check my electric and no one would respond or get back to me for 3 days. I ended up speaking with Jay and he had my issue taken care of same day. He was very informative and had great customer service skills. I wish everyone at Serve Pro was like Jay. Give him a raise!!!!
