The day my home flooded was the worst. Scott had a team a my place within the hour and from the first meeting I knew I wanted them to handle both the remediation and restoration of my property. It's a terrifying thing when you wake up in the morning and go out into the hallway and find you are standing in 3" of water soaked carpet, on the 2nd floor of a wood building. I was recommended by the local plumber who came and discovered the cause to contact ServPro, which I did immediately. Within hours the response was overwhelming. I opened the garage door and and 7 or 8 techs carrying blowers and vacuums came sweeping in. It felt good as a small business owner in San Diego to feel like Mike Barsnica and the crew had my back. They knew what to do, and did it immediately. And calmed my nerves, no small feat! lol Mike kept me informed thru the entire process and worked around the fact that I needed to stay here during every day of the clean up, demo to finish. They gave me enough space to make it work. It was not an easy, or fun process, but the managers and crews were all top notch. I deal with the HVAC trades in my business life everyday, for 30 years. I notice a high level of professionalism when I see it. Can't recommend you folks enough. Thanks for giving me my home back.
