I recently had damage to multiple rooms in my home caused by water from an adjoining condo unit. It took a while to discover the damage because it was inside a closet - stretching to the living room and a bath - so I didn't notice it at first. Matt at ServPro NE Dallas was immediately responsive when I called for restoration services. Coordinating all the different things that had to be done (furniture removal, flooring, sheetrock, painting, matching accent paneling, tile work, rug restoration, etc) could not have been easy but I was kept apprised of every step and their scheduling was done around my schedule. I love that they always kept me "in the loop" about where we were in the process, what was next, and when it would be done. The crews were knowledgeable, efficient, and great to work with. When they were finishing up, there was a little bit of an issue with the way the living room rug and its pad were reinstalled. A quick text to them and Joe and Arky were immediately responsive. They were here within 24 hours, moved the furniture, fixed the rug and padding, and put things back just the way they should be. I sincerely hope that I never have a need for their services again, but should I ever need help with water remediation, restoration, or any kind of reconstruction, they will be my first - and only - call. It was a nasty, time-consuming situation, but it could not have been handled more professionally and efficiently. They are great!

I am a general contractor and utilized ServPro to perform mitigation services at a residential property following a roof leak that caused damage to the kitchen below. Working with Arqui from the start was a positive experience. He was prompt for our initial meeting, provided any information I needed, and communicated well throughout the process. During and after the installation, I worked with Keide and Jose. Both were knowledgeable, professional, and left the home clean and tidy upon completion. I would gladly hire Serv Pro for any commercial or residential mitigation needs in the future.

Our store experienced a major flood that required a massive amount of moving and restoration. Hugo and his team were nothing but attentive, quick to respond, and communicative. They worked with me and every concern that came up closely and were incredibly kind and accommodating. Could not recommend them more!

John and his team took amazing care of us when a tree fell on my Aunt Elizabeth ‘s house at the end of May. They were so proactive and responsive! I highly recommend this company if you are ever in need of water mitigation services.
