SERVPRO of North Miami

In 2024, a malfunction of A/C unit caused extensive damage to condo OASIS in Miami Beach. We were thankful that USAA recommended SERVPRO of Hollywood/Hallandale/Aventura 👍🏽 They stepped in and took lead on repairs and project management to fully restore our condo OASIS 😌 Special thanks to Giselle Cabrera at SERVPRO who coordinated and worked with us to achieve success 👏🏽👏🏽 Highly recommend!

I don’t know how to express how grateful I was for this team, led by Yanet after being hit by 2 Hurricanes in less than a month. Losing everything isn’t something I recommend but if it happens I highly recommend you call on this team. They responded immediately and went to work the next day and my whole house has been gutted of all the wet, soggy, moldy, stinky things left behind by Helene and Milton. The crew is fast, knowledgeable, respectful and the communication has been outstanding. I hope to never go through this again but in the event I do…I know I’ll be calling servpro of North Miami.

David and his team at Serve Pro did an amazing job drying up and saving our home after a fire sprinkler burst and flooded our condo . They arrived super quickly and worked with care and speed to minimize the damage . They checked back almost every day to evaluate the progress . I highly recommend them for any home emergencies that require serious expertise . Thank you again David d your work was excellent!!

I used Paul Davis for a restoration of a property I purchased. They took care of everything, it was almost seamless. They were professional and took care of the project faster than anticipated. Very pleased and will use them for my future projects. You are all amazing over there!

We absolutely recommend this Serve-Pro team. We had 2 nasty leaks, which lead to mold, which lead to our insurance company, and then to the best Serve-Pro team. Their mold specialist took such good care of us and went above and beyond the call of duty. They became like members of our family because they spent so much time in our home making sure every little question, concern, and issue was just right. Fabian, David, Vinny, and Ridell were so kind that while we were so grateful to have all the mold gone, we hated to see the guys go. The office staff/ mangers Giselle, Nicole, Sophia, and the production manager Jason are hard workers and kind people as a whole. They went to bat for us on a number of occasions and did things the right way instead of the easiest and fastest way which we greatly appreciated. The construction crew did a fabulous job and did their best not only to put everything back as it was, but to leave it better than they found it. No one wants to go through a mess like we did (and we hope never to again), but we tried to treat everyone we came in contact with, with kindness and respect. That makes all the difference in the world because all of these people returned it back to us. Thank you Serve-Pro of North Miami. We know who to call when crazy things happen like big nasty leaks.
