I had a terrible experience with Servpro. It was just awful. They started out real nice and polite. Then I noticed that they used cheaper material, like the tile - not the one I had picked. Didn’t notice til it was already installed. I could not check every day so they got away with that. Tub was not placed where it was before 3-4 inches off- not centered. Shower door was off also:( Some doors don’t close right, left dirty walls … I could go on and on. They took advantage bc I was not feeling well most days. Never again. 😞 I’d like to give them a zero but one star is lowest.

Had flooding, responded within 30 minutes. Cleaned up flooded area, removed damaged floor, Sheetrock, remodeled 2/3 of house, worked with me on every step of the renovations. Kept me informed about any problems of subcontractors scheduling. I would and have recommended them to others I know.

Servpro provided exceptional service from start to finish, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency.
