Our experience with Servpro and the entire crew has been stellar. Our home fire was disasterous and their love, care and professionalism prevented us from having a nervous breakdown! They literally held our hands throughout the whole process and mucked out the entire house. We are forever grateful for them!

Warren was extremely helpful and reassuring when I first called Servpro for help. We had a toilet leak all night into our kitchen. His crew lead by Isaac were absolutely fantastic. They did a thorough job, keeping us informed along the way. Couldn’t speak any higher of the outstanding job they did! We hired Servpro (working with our insurance company, Amica) after a house fire, expecting a 3–4 day job as estimated by the adjuster — cleaning walls, dishes, couches, mattress, redoing carpet, and repainting. Instead, Servpro turned this into a 6+ week nightmare that has left us displaced, unsafe, and living in chaos. From the start, they were unprofessional and negligent: • They threw our personal belongings into unlabelled trash bags without asking or explaining, leaving us unable to find anything. • They ripped out drywall and tore up all the carpet in our bedroom and on the stairs, then disappeared — no mattress cleaning, no repainting, nothing finished. • They never communicated with us about timelines, paint colors, or carpeting. Six weeks later, we’re still waiting. • They left our drywall exposed by the beach for weeks, which can cause thousands in additional damage. • They tried to swindle us into paying $50,000 for work worth maybe $1,500–$2,000 — and it should have been entirely covered by insurance. Because of their negligence, we had to live 45 minutes away with family for weeks, and now we’re cramped in one tiny downstairs bedroom with no ability to buy furniture or move forward. What should have been a straightforward job has dragged on endlessly and put our health and home at risk. Servpro’s conduct is disgraceful — careless with our belongings, dishonest about costs, negligent in their work, and completely unresponsive. No family already dealing with the trauma of a fire should ever have to go through this. If you’re considering Servpro, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

We were victims of the Eaton fire and displaced for 6 weeks. We were extremely blessed to have Servpro San Diego East/Mid-City perform the fire/smoke restoration of our home—especially given the fact that their team is miles away from home and from their families. From beginning to end, they handled the process with utmost professionalism, expediency, and thoroughness. I had always thought we kept our home pretty clean, but I was surprised to see the nooks and crannies that were cleaned! Each person we engaged with showed us kindness and care for our situation. Especially impressive was the fact that the owner himself, Warren, was boots on the ground with his team. Steven, the operations manager, spent an inordinate amount of time helping us work through all the unknowns of the insurance process. Nolan, lead mitigation technician, was hard working with keen attention to detail. And lastly, we cannot forget Bernadette, who completed all the final details with such kindness. We thank God and are forever grateful to the entire team for helping us navigate this ordeal. We would recommend them without reservation.
