Martin and Julio were extremely reliable and provided excellent support throughout the water drying process. They communicated clearly by text, were always on time, and made sure I understood each step. Julio carefully monitored the drying progress and offered valuable guidance and reassurance. They are reliable and trustworthy. The manager, Martin or Gabriel, or Julio, one of the workers, always communicated with me via text on a daily basis before they come and start the work in my house. Julio vacuumed the floor, and left the area they worked on clean after they completed their job.

Martin A and ServPro have been great in helping me with my water damage claim. We’re still in the process of making the repairs but the delay has been due to feet dragging by my insurance company and a request by my tenants because of parallel repairs being done. Martin has been of great help to me interpreting the cryptic responses of my insurance adjuster and patiently walking me through the process. I’m confident that once we get started on the actual repairs, ServPro will again prove to be a reliable and trusted vendor to get the job done!!

A supply line to the toliet tank burst and flowed for 5 hours allowing water to cover every surface of my floor throughout the house. Servpro was recommended by my State Farm Insurance company. I called on a Sunday at 6pm. Within 30 minutes Benny arrived. He quickly found the source and got to work setting me a ease. Benny and his supervisor Roger were amazing, thank you both so much! Benny kept me informed of every step with daily updates. It took a week of drying with heaters and dehumidifiers so mold did not become an issue. A big thank you to Flo too, who showed up to do a pack out solo and thankfully call for back up. She personally cleaned my couches to rid them of the awful smell that occurred during the drying process. Thank you Flo! I highly recommend Servpro to do your drying for flood. Although I cannot say the same for the restoration part of the company that I had contact with. Andrew and Esperanza need to learn from Benny, Roger and Flo how to treat a customer. Also, I was assigned an outside contractor Drew with A1 Restoration who is a former employee of Servpro who cheats the insurance company by charging for work they don’t do and the work that is done is subpar. I was really unhappy with this part of the service and recommend choosing your own honest contractor that does quality work.

SERVPRO came in to remediate water damage from a deck leak. They were professional, presentable and very knowledgeable. They knew exactly what to do as soon as they walked in and went to work immediately. They are a perfect example of “it’s not what you do, it’s how you do it”.
