SERVPRO of Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz

We were displaced by the Eaton Canyon Fires. We had a huge amount of "contents" in our home (a rental). We thought going to a single owner small business over a chain/corporation would give us better and more customized help to match our needs. It did not. We ended up switching, on the experience of our neighbors, to ServPro Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz. They were awesome. They cared. They also had a A-class team of experienced and professional people who also carried that culture of caring and hard work ethic to get the work done quickly but in an organized and caring fashion. John G and his team made a plan to fit our needs, and listened to what we needed and accommodated our special requests. All while keeping the work close to the original quote (which most mitigators blow past). The owner was also extremely kind and worked with us to provide the best service for our budget (as well as accommodating our needs to have extra time to disposition contents that might have been a total loss). I would highly recommend this branch of ServPro to any family in need.

Raffi and his team were my rocks after the Palisades fire in Southern California. My home remained standing with only mild structural damage, but every inch of it was marinated in smoke. An enormous, overwhelming amount of work was necessary to remediate and repair my home and its contents. I needed a company that had a broad array of skills to meet the many demands of the project. Equally as important, I needed a provider like Raffi who is honest and straightforward—because it’s really difficult to know what you should do and there is a lot of misinformation flying around after a fire. In addition to being extraordinarily capable and multi-talented, Raffi and his team were superb communicators, keeping me apprised every step of the way and available to me on a moment’s notice for any questions or to let me know about any unexpected developments. They also worked very closely with my insurer to be certain that required things were reimbursed. I am extremely fortunate to have found Raffi and the Team at Servpro and recommend them completely.

Raffi at Servpro is the best home clean-up person I have ever used. We had a bad mold issue and he cleaned it all up and mitigated it in a timely manner. He is professional and a super nice guy! I’m leery of these cleanup services since I have been ripped off in the past. I will always use him going forward. I feel fortunate to have found him. I cannot recommend him highly enough!!!

Raffi came out to assess a concern I had about a possible mold issue. He was very professional, he showed up on time and got right to work. He made recommendations and referrals, and basically put my mind at ease about my concern. I hope I never need to worry about mold, but if I ever do, at least I know who I would call. Thanks Raffi!

Raffi and John G at SERVOPRO were awesome in helping with the horrible rat problem I had in my garage. Very communicative, honest, thorough and I really felt like I was getting the best, most thoughtful and honest advice and help which is very rare in this space! Highly recommend.
