SERVPRO of Fresno Northwest

Our house flooded in the middle of the night and I called SERVPRO in a total panic. Coral, the receptionist, answered and honestly she was amazing—super calm, kind, and quick to get a crew out right away. She even checked back in afterward to make sure we were good. The team that came was great too, but Coral really made the whole nightmare so much easier to deal with. Huge thanks to her and SERVPRO for turning a disaster into something we could actually handle. As an “older person”, I’ve dealt with more than my fair share of insurance headaches, and I can say I’ve never had such a smooth and pleasant experience. The management at Fresno Northwest took care of the back-and-forth, guided me through the process, and really acted as a one-stop-shop when I would’ve otherwise been overwhelmed. Awesome service. Huge storm hit 3 of my condos and was flooding the patios of the units. I actually called another service first and by the time they called back (was around 9pm on a Friday), ServPro already had a team dispatched. Was nervous about the bill as they made about 5 trips out to see how things were drying and following up, it came out to be a great price. Highly recommend this company.
