Overall, very happy with Servpro. The job they did was superb. I Had a water leak in my kitchen that was hidden did not know about it until my floor buckled had over 35 feet of flooring that had to be ripped out and replaced right there under the sink. The water recovery was phenomenal the amount of water that day sucked out of the wood. The contractor Ed Munoz, and Kevin The service provider that came in to rebuild, my kitchen was phenomenal. Their work and expertise was superb. THey made sure everything was perfect. I truly could not ask for a better job I want to extend a big thank you to Kevin and Ed for a job. Well done!

Called ServPro as soon as we contained the water break fromnthe second floor bathroom this past Saturday at 3 am. The crew arrived at 9:30 am and immediately started to assess the damage and remove the affected water damaged rooms. The team consisting of Justin, Luis, Alex worked on setting up fans and dehumidifiers in affected areas. Landon and Will abd Alex returned checked on the drying progress. The team was detailed in setting up covers so that the heat from the fans doesn't heat up the entire house. Definitely will recommend ServPro for addressing these types of emergencies.

I highly recommend Servpro! Our entire experience with Servpro was amazing. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and caring from Sharde in the office to on-site workers: Don, Jose, Leroy, Ed, and William to the managers like Jon who stopped by to check in. They took good care of us, our home, and our personal belongings. They were efficient and thorough. I am happy to have the mess cleaned up but sad to end our day to day interactions with these individuals!

Im just really appreciate the crew today there professionalism and cooperation to me while there here working Don and Landon. In the beginning when i first had the flood in July these 2 workers were then so proffesional and so cooperitive with me I asked question that day and now today there really helpful October 2nd. Im so glad you have workers with this feature and very good manner. Please keep up with this hard to find workers who know how to make the customer feel relaxed and calm. I also Wanna give a comment on Wayne the Supervisor too another Worker who i meet a few month ago to explain and make me understand we are in good hands. I really cant say how happy and relaxed these Servpro employees really have the professionalism in them. Everyone from ServPro who entered my home were polite and courteous, they explained the process, and did an overall good job. Steve went the extra and making sure everything was clean, he did some work that was overseen checking to ensure nothing was missed. Steve even placed my washer/dryer back into place so I could continue to use it throughout this process. Thank you
