SERVPRO of East Dallas

We live in a pier and beam house in East Dallas and had a hot water pipe break under the house causing a lot of water and humidity damage. Although the insurance company was a nightmare, ServPro was amazing from the workers that came daily to the managers to the administrators helping handle the insurance claim. We really appreciate all the hard work, patience, and dedication to our repairs.

Can't say enough great things about Servpro of East Dallas. They are a wonderful company. Danny Knight was very helpful with the damage I had, he was very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. Serve Pro East Dallas has excellent service and efficient workers!!! They did a great job of with our bathroom leak issue and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. We have used Brian and Servpro of East Dallas twice now for water damage. Brian and his guys were so great! They were super considerate of working around our family in our home and incredibly responsive. And their services really helped minimize the damage. I highly recommend them!

Servepro was initially great immediately following my water heater disaster. They responded quickly and helped stabilize the situation. Hiring them to help contract remodel construction was a MISTAKE. Based on my experience, you might as well find the services yourself versus paying them to do the contracting. We had little to no support. I’m sure if this is read by the person that “helped” us that he’ll have lots to say, and feel free to experience yourself if you want the frustration. In the end, the remodel guys that serve pro chose did a great job. The bathroom looks good a month later. I’m sure I expected things to move faster than they could AND I believe ServePro didn’t communicate clearly or level set expectations early on. Once that 80% payment was sent, you just get to ride the delay wave. This is just my experience. Sounds like others had a better experience so hopefully if you’ve read this you will either have a better experience or choose somewhere else.
