Everyone I’ve encountered with this company thus far has been kind, caring and informative. I genuinely feel like everyone wants the best outcome for the customer. Thank you to Rafael and Freddie. They were so quick and efficient with the job they came into my house to do today. I appreciate the courtesy of someone introducing themselves and taking a moment to explain what they will be doing while they’re in my home. Thank you again. Your company is a winner!

If stuck working with this devious franchise, watch out for estimates vs reality. These people are not able to send a detailed invoice with the job that was actually performed instead of what was estimated. They will hold your personal items hostage until they get paid what they want instead of billing you for what was truly done. They are also not willing to bid for jobs without a guarantee of work, so as a customer you will not be able to compare options if you get an estimate from them. After my experience with them, it seems that they do know the way they do business is devious, so they are ok with cutting any corners possible to get your insurance money. Update: also broke my garage door, and did not take responsibility for it.

Team Shaw handled our water damage and reconstruction with professionalism and care. Their communication was excellent—they walked me through every step of the process and made sure I felt supported the entire time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing restoration work done right!

Henry Garza, Dave and the team on site w demolition at Casabella Westshore, Tampa, were impeccable, courteous, could not have been more helpful. The Casabella management has been awful. The only bright light of losing my living quarters was working with Henry and Dave.

There are not enough adjectives that relate to the word dissatisfied in the thesaurus. They were hired to mitigate a small mold spot and remove wall paper and paint. They created a NIGHTMARE! We live in a high-rise and they did not use wet vac to sand. Needless to say the dust was not only prohibitive, but a health risk. Our building does not allow VOC paints. They used them after told many times. Looks like legal will need to be involved. Bottom line is if you live with any residents with any lung issues, they are a NIGHTMARE. UPDATE! The owner of this business personally came to visit and remediate the entire situation! He took full responsibility! He was willing to listen and learn! Therefore, I have changed my review to a 5! I believe he cares deeply and is training his entire team very differently after this situation! I wish more BIG businesses would do the same! Take responsibility!!!!
