Our house was recently flooded by a problem with our water heater. Our insurance sent out ServPro Team Shaw of Plano to help mitigate the major damages caused by the flooding. You can only imagine how stressful it was dealing with this right before Christmas. However, we could not have had a better team come out to help us with the mitigation process. Dave with ServPro was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He was very responsive and answered all the questions that we had. He ensured that we were taken care of during this unfortunate event and stressful time. The entire crew (Dave, Andrew, Zach, Kyle, Noah, Cole, Dom, Jessie, Alexis, Jean, and Marco) were all very friendly, hardworking, and professional. We were very satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone.

From the very beginning, they were exceptionally easy to get in touch with and maintained excellent communication throughout the process—whether by call, text, FaceTime, or sharing pictures to keep us updated. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating, making a stressful situation so much easier to manage. We had a water leak under our kitchen island caused by our dishwasher. We called Servpro Thursday evening and Friday morning Sean and Eduardo came to access the damage. There was much more damage underneath that we (the homeowners) could not see. This is a huge island.. 40sqft. Sean went through the process of what was going on and what needed to happen with the damage. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism with this situation. Sean set up air cleaners and started drying out any moisture. Monday morning, Sean, Orlando, Isiah, Carlos, Trey and Chris showed up and took care of us. They worked well as a team and kept us informed the whole process. They cleaned up and took the damage with them. Team Shaw , Thank you! Immediately, this company has been working with us and helping us with all the necessary steps with insurance and mitigation. Ashton has been so kind and wonderful. We didn't choose this project, but we are feeling confident that this team will have us back to washing dishes in no time.
