Garrett was awesome! A real pleasure to work with. I had a water leak from upstairs unit and he was right out to inspect my damage. Very prompt with all appointments, answered all my questions. Made a difficult situation (my first time with water leak in condo) so easy and simple.

I had a water leak under my sink. I was out of town for a day. I came back and noticed water all over my flooring. It expanded into my living room. Thankfully I called serv pro due to a a friend of mine recommending them. Best decision ever. They came as soon as possible drain all the water very polite and professional. They needed to pack some of my belongings so they could work on the affected area, Abraham and his crew were really nice and professional. They took care of my belongings with care. If I ever have a leak again I will definitely call them back.
